Internet connection and communication charges are borne by the user.

Timing of payment

Monthly plans: at sign-up and on each monthly renewal date. Annual plans: at sign-up and on each annual renewal date.

Delivery of the service

Available immediately after payment is completed.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from the settings in the Service or by contacting us. After cancellation, the Service remains available until the end of the paid period.

Refunds

Due to the nature of the Service, no refunds or pro-rated reimbursements are given for mid-period cancellation, except where required by law.
